We are a boutique commercial real estate agency that offers real service where attention to detail is maintained to achieve the right outcome for our clients – our mission statement says it all.
With a catalogue of over 600 properties available in the Sales and Leasing department for to potential owner and tenants, we aim to increase number, content, and quality by year end 2011. All information is contained in a secure state of the art computer system which is able to match tenant’s requirements with properties simply via a press of a button. This means we offer properties within given parameters and make the process that much relevant, concise, and easier for all.
On our relaunch we had a limited time offer to property owners – refunding of commission was a policy unheard of in the industry, we picked up the auctioneers tab when selling property and in property management we now have different offers including a tier based management option.
In relation to Property Management we pay attention to the ever increasing green necessities of buildings whether it is energy rating or sustainability points. We do not lose sight of maintaining interaction with our owner’s tenants as their permanency of tenure is critical as we struggle with the GFC fallout of 2009+ and the effects of local natural disasters.
