Do you have a building inspection and maintenance service whereas we look after tenants, rent etc?

Yes, we do and it was one of our new initiatives when we changed logo and branding recently. We will inspect your building usually weekly, advise what is required and supply you with relevant contractor contact data. See a sample chart of the services offered in Management Options - we can tailor a program to suit your needs

How much does it cost to have our commercial/ industrial/retail property managed by you?

That depends on what you want us to do, if it's a full service we would inspect your property noting what requires maintenance, number of tenants, condition of building, compliance issues etc, then formulate a fee generally based on the properties income. As a guide it would be in the range of 1 to 5% however we are happy to negotiate set fees monthly etc. See Management Options

How often do you inspect properties that you manage?

We have a dedicated property inspector who endeavours to visit properties on a weekly basis. The inspector maintains liaison with the tenants arranges maintenance requests and reports any problems.

What areas do you cover?

Areas include (but not limited to):
