Netrent Property Specialists undertakes to only collect information by lawful and fair means. This means we will never be unreasonably intrusive.

Personal information is collected for the purpose of processing  applications; selling, leasing and management commercial and residential premises; processing advertisements for listed properties; responding to your web enquiries; sending our promotional material on services; employment applications and processing of payments.

The personal information may be released to relevant third parties where it is necessary for law enforcement purposes or where information is required or allowed by law. We do not  provide any other commercial organisation personal details on any individual clients or customers.

Netrent Property Specialists endeavours to ensure that all data collected is accurate and well maintained. All computer access is password controlled and our office has a policy to deal with security of information to ensure maximum protection of our client's personal details.

OPENNESS

Any person who has furnished personal details to Netrent Property Specialists will have the right to seek out the information we hold on them. We undertake to respond to any enquiry regarding what information we hold, how we use it and where or how it is disclosed.
