With a catalogue of over 600 property listings available to potential tenants, we aim to increase number, content, and quality by year end 2010. All information is contained in a secure state of the art computer system which is able to match tenant's requirements with properties simply via a press of a button. We offer property owners a refund of commission policy unheard of in the industry, we pick up the auctioneers tab when selling property and in property management we have different monthly offers, see NEWS and the Management Options menu.
In relation to Property Management we pay attention to the ever increasing green necessities of buildings whether it is energy rating or sustainability points. We do not lose sight of maintaining interaction with our owner's tenants as their permanency of tenure is critical as we struggle with the GFC fallout this year. Currently we have over 35 owners and 150 tenants and as of March 2010 offer a new service that provides owners with the option to maintain their own relationship with their tenants whilst we look after and maintain the property asset.
